Field Media Sales Consultants – Middlesex Region – £50K OTE, uncapped

COMPANY
Our Client is a thriving and recognised leading Web Based Marketing and Advertising Company, operating several highly popular shopping portals and a connected network of niche websites

ROLE
Due to the fast and continued growth of our client we are now looking for highly motivated and experienced Field Media Sales Consultants to cover a number of areas in the UK. As a Field Media Sales Consultants you will be responsible for selling our clients products and propositions into target customers across your dedicated region or county. You will proactively develop new business opportunities by initiating and maintaining regular customer contact, thus maximising the sales of the client’s range of propositions.

As such, your strong knowledge of small to medium businesses in your county will provide a platform for success in this role; Our client operate nationwide so you’ll need to be a local expect who can source local businesses for exciting partnerships!

PERSON – higher weighting more important

10 – Minimum of 3 years in sales or field sales
10 – Experience in canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of consistent and current success
10 – Personal organisation – should have experience and be comfortable in working remotely and have the drive and organisation to work in relative autonomy.
10 - Motivation, enthusiasm, and desire to succeed - always looking to improve your performance and be the best!
10 - Thrive in a fast paced, results and customer led culture
10 – IT Literacy – must be a competent user of Microsoft Office suite, with experience in CRM software usage advantageous
10 – Full UK driving licence essential
8 – Experience in advertising or online sales is advantageous, although not essential
8 – Network of contacts in the relevant sector would be desirable
8 – Degree is desirable, but not essential

- Very competitive salary basic + uncapped commission with £50k OTE
