Our client is part of a renowned group with prestige brands in its portfolio and an exciting opportunity has arisen to work in their new state-of-the-art dealership in Watford where you will sell new and used vehicles and associated products within a highly motivated and structured sales process environment.

About the role:

• To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets, activity levels and key performance standards
• To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the Company.

About you:

This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:
• Have car sales experience and be familiar with all the processes
• Demonstrate an outstanding record of sales achievement
• Be Customer Satisfaction focussed
• Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis
• Be able to work within a defined sales process environment
• Have good administration skills

For the role of experienced car sales executive, as well as great company benefits you’ll get a basic of 12K with an ote of 38K plus company car.
