Treasury Manager London £ Competitive + Benefits

Our client is looking for a Treasury Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day cash management operations as well as the foreign exchange and interest rate management. The position is based in the City of London and provides a fantastic opportunity to make your mark with the currently fastest-growing private-equity owned company in the UK that is moving to the next stage of its global development.

Treasury Manager - Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead co-workers through personal example regarding internal customer service, readiness for business, accurate procedures, staff relations, and compliance with company policies

• Monitor daily cash activity, ensures short term liquidity, executes fund movement transactions and investment transactions

• Manage bank balances and reports cash operations activities

• Co-ordinate inter company payments and wire transfers

• Take responsibility for I/C and TP loan administration (f.e. management of syndicated facilities, computation of interest accruals)

• Issue and maintain letters of credit

• Manage the FX and interest risk

• Execute the required FX transactions (both internal and external)

• Maintain transaction banking relationships

Treasury Manager - Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance or Business Economics

• Indepth experience in treasury management, relevant experience in cash management and risk management, ideally in an international environment

• Able to describe treasury related processes and how to design and test internal controls

• Good knowledge of treasury systems and FX Risk Management

• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Results driven

• Business fluency in English
