Reporting into the Head of Marketing & PR, this role will take responsibility for the implementation of the email marketing plan, striving to improve overall email marketing communications and to set-up a clear segmentation and communication for the company’s more than 13 million customers. The position is based in the City of London and provides a fantastic opportunity to make your mark with the currently fastest-growing private-equity owned company in the UK that is moving to the next stage of its global development.

CRM / Email Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

• Segment customer base and derive a communication and retention plan
• Implement email marketing calendar via Responsys including monthly emails for various segments within the business
• Project manage and co-ordinate activities with through devising project plans to pull together email marketing activity working with all key internal and external stakeholders ensuring all campaigns are customer-centric and are delivered within timescales
• Deliver high-impact email marketing campaigns with focus on improving open rates, click through, conversion and decrease churn rate. Clear revenue targets will be set and trackable
• Creating, proofing and launching campaigns in email software
• Managing internal communication to relevant stakeholders including campaign launches and reporting on key KPI’s with analysis/recommendations for driving revenue
• Implement a/b testing strategy in current email programme and use learning’s for future campaigns
• Take ownership for implementation of enhancements within email marketing strategy including testing, cross-selling, dynamic content, new welcome activation programme
• Assist with the roll-out of all re-brand activities across all channels
• Demonstrate and advocate best practice on email marketing, communications and CRM

CRM / Email Marketing Executive Key Skills:
Essential
• Degree educated
• Email marketing/database marketing experience
• Proven project management experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to influence across all levels and work as part of a team
• Commercially minded
• Analysis/reporting skills/Organisation/Planning

Desirable
• CIM/IDM qualified
• Ability to speak a European language
• Experience of working with email marketing software
