JOB ROLE:

  • To understake a range of duties using the fleetware system including preparation and input of journals and receipts of cheques.
  • Bank reconciliations, Cashflow forecasting and daily cash monitoring
  • Responsible for collecting customer payments by credit/debit cards
  • Prepare the daily banking and deposit with the bank
  • To liaise with clients and internal customers ensuring that internal and external queries are dealt with punctually
  • Support in the allocating of rentals, RV settlements and other areas of the Funding area when neccessary
  • To support the Head of Finance and Management Accountant/Funding Manager

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • In depth basic accountants background or knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Proficient at Intermediate level in MS Windows Excel and Word systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
  • High level of Customer Care and quality Service
  • Strong negotiator
  • Excellent time managment skills
  • Good general standard of education and/or work background
  • Must be committed to undertake further professional study
  • Background of working within a Quality standard/framework would be desirable
  • High level of industry knowledge/awareness would be deirable
