Full Description:

Peter Cox was founded in 1951, providing services for the care of buildings such as damp-proofing, woodworm and woodrot control, wall tie installation, together with other specialist services to both the Domestic and Commercial Property Sectors.

We are looking to recruit a Sales / Branch Manager for our branch in the Uxbridge area.

Although our ideal candidate would have previously worked in the construction and preservation industry and have experience in basement waterproofing, we will consider applicants from a DIY retailer or home improvement retailer background.

You must also have the following qualities and skills:-
• exceptional leadership and sales skills
• providing vision, inspiration, and professionalism of the highest standard
• Seek out new ways to increase sales and develop new business.
• Create a development culture
• Empowerment and trust
• Coaching and development
• Performance management and people development

The right candidate will also have a proven track record of leading and developing a successful team, take a pro-active approach to people management, be target driven and have a stable work history.

In return we will offer you a competitive basic salary, OTE £50,000 (depending upon experience), a company car/allowance, lap top and mobile phone, together with the usual benefits associated with a national employer.

You must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
