Commission Analyst

Job Role:

  • To Analyse , report and pay sales commission. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of reporting issues affecting commission calculations .
  • Develop good understanding of the current commission plan and applicable additional incentives.
  • Calculate commission payable based on the incentive plan.
  • Collect and allocate billing data.
  • Coordinate order value calculation and allocation with sales.
  • Operations Accumulate claims for additional incentives and process as appropriate Obtain approval for commission payments in accordance with approval process .
  • Liaise with with payroll and ensure prompt payment.
  • Deal with individual queries to ensure payments are understood by the employee, based on the data being commissioned.
  • Calculates the monthly commission accrual Review teams payrolls. Skills:
  • Experience in an accounting/analytical environment - inc exp with sales compensation plans.
  • Proven ability to work to the highest levels of accuracy and understand complex plans and contracts.
  • Excellent pc application skills, especially important are strong exel and experience working with databases.
  • Thorough,resilient , resource able and able to work at detail level. Mature approach,tactful and diplomatic but able to hold own position under pressure. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
