Job Description
Motor Damage Claims Handlers
Our Client, a large prestigious law firm are currently seeking a number of experienced Motor Claims Handlers to join their expanding team. It is essential that you have dealt with your own caseload of claims from inception through to settlement. You will need to have gained experience in third party motor damage claims. You should be confident in dealing with high volume claims each month and be confident in dealing with negotiation and litigation stages.
Requirements
Proven experience in a pro active results claims approach
Proven experience handling volume Third Party motor damage claims
Proven experience in a predominately telephone environment
Good understanding of claims procedures, products and services
Proven ability to build relationships with others
Commercial attitude showing ability to deliver the optimum savings and time to settle
Ability to assess and implement what investigations into liability and quantum are required so early decisions can be made.
