Are you into audio? This role involves developing Embedded software and Visual Basic apps to integrate luxury, multi-room sound systems with external hardware. The software engineer will provide an interface between the Sales & Support team and Design team so good communication skills are essential. There is also potential for liaison with customers and suppliers of third party equipment.

Position: Software Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: £25-32k

Key Skills:
Software development in C & Assembler for PIC microcontrollers, some Visual Basic or VC++

Desirable skills:
Hardware Design, Serial protocols (RS232/RS485/USB), Device drivers, Audio or Video background, Custom Install exp.

The software engineer must have excellent problem solving and diagnosing skills since they will be required to resolve all sorts of problems found during installation hence the need for a good understanding of hardware.
