My client is a global organisation who is looking for an experienced Senior Interim HR Project Manager to lead on a HR Systems implementation project. This is a role that is fundamental to the company\'s global growth in the future.
The client is looking to replace their Legacy core system and move to newly acquired web based HR system which is focussed on Employee & Manager Self service. Essentially, you will be tasked to project manage the stripping out of the existing system and implementing all the key aspects of HR modules, including comp & Benefits, training and performance management.
It is essential that applicants have a strong and demonstrable record of successfully delivering HR system implementations on more than 2 or 3 occasions end to end and ideally on an international basis. You will ideally have over 8 years experience in end to end HR Systems implementations.
The timescales are extremely tight, with design and delivery to be completed in 8-9 months. Applicants with functional HR experience would be desirable but not essential. This role is working for one of the world\'s major brands and will be a strong assignment to have on the CV.
