Job Description

We are currently seeking DSP Engineers with these skills - DSP Engineers with 1st or 2:1 Honours degrees. DSP design, algorithms, software implementations, broadcast, DVB, WiFi, WCDMA, WiMAX, UMTS, PHY, L1, communications equalisation, demodulation and error correction, C/C++, Assembler and Matlab. DSP design engineer sought by my client expanding their DSP development team at their UK R&D centre in Hertfordshire. They offer intellectual property (IP) for communication and multimedia signal processing, in the form of proven DSP software packages and hardware accelerators. Their IP is used worldwide in cordless phones, digital radio/audio systems and mobile phones They are looking for candidates with DSP skills in the communications sector. * DSP development for Communication systems such as Broadcasr Receivers (DVB), 3GPP, WiMax, WCDMA, etc * Knowledge of processing techniques for equalisation, demodulation and error correction * Physical layer (PHY/L1) development for algorithms or software implementation * Matlab * C and Assembler * Understanding of hardware architectures If you would like further information or to apply please contact Alex at IC Software, DSP & Embedded Software consultant.
