Indo-Chinese restaurant in Wimbledon requires a Restaurant Manager. The individual will work with the owner & be responsible for staffing requirements, restaurant policy, financial control, marketing & advertising, compliance with statutory requirements & service levels. He/she will have overall management of the front of house & kitchen ensuring customer satisfaction & food presentation. Successful applicant must have HND or equivalent in Hospitality Management with some relevant restaurant experience. Salary £24,000. Please send CV.
