Senior to Lead Manager - Network Repairs and Trade Interface - Outsourced Services
A Senior/Lead Network Repairs and Trade Interface Manager is required to join one of the Global Leading Electronics, Health and Well-being organisations to mange the trade and commercial returns operations (Returns/Repairs of products) within an Outsourced environment.
You will be managing the (Outsourced) repairs network relevant to KPIs with focus on repair quality, turn-around time, cost per incident and consumer satisfaction indices.
You will be part of a High Potential Programme which will give you the opportunity to progress into a Global Consumer Experience role leading to Directorship.
Being part of the Consumer Care Management Team will see you spending half your time in Guildford and half your time with Trade Customers.
Responsibilities:
Service Trade Management through the outsourced relationship.
Management of Commercial Returns policies at BU level with key trade/commercial partners
To provide leadership and expertise to support various teams in executing Marketing Strategies including warranty policies, return policies and service scenarios.
Liaising with key stakeholders (Internationally) to provide an overview of performance against agreed KPIs/targets.
Manage commercial trade interfaces, contracts and conditions for Consumer Care activities
In order to be considered for this role you must have the following:
5 years business experience in a commercial and/or vendor management
Commercial and operational experience with trade retailers
Ability to manage third contracts and SLAs
Ability to manage different cultures from service and repair through to commercial Sales
Preferably a Graduate or equivalent
