Working for a world leading product technology company based near Walton on Thames, Surrey. This exciting company are looking for an Customer Service Operations Manager to based within the Financial Operations team, to lead one of their Sales Administration and Order Processing Team.

Looking after a team of 24 your key objectives will be:

• Manage reorganisation of department;
• Quickly identify areas requiring support and write proposal, agree and execute;
• Gain clear understanding of supply chain management and required associated KPI including but not restricted to Capability/ Order Fill Rate/ Order Management Lead time;
• Work with division heads to ensure that product sales/supply plans are met in a timely manner;
• Work with Credit Manager and Financial Project Manager to integrate sales order into receivables workflows into a seamless process.

Duties to include:

• Sales analysis, reporting, and KPI management;
• Training and development of the team, using appraisals, personal development plans and objective setting to strive for continuous improvement;
• Reverse logistics management;
• Ad hoc Project Management;
• Stock/Logistics Management (third party warehousing);
• Working in conjunction with sales/supply chain teams reviewing forecast/demand, ensuring efficient execution of supply plans;
• Process review, creation and enhancement;
• Understanding multiple channel/customer and global business strategies;
• Regular direct interaction with key retail customers to discuss forecasting, promotional activity, supply issues whilst encouraging process developments.

The successful candidate must have proven management, someone that is KPI/target driven and can motivate a large team.

The ideal candidate will come from a product technology environment who has had complete end to end management.

You will also need to have excellent time management skills, flexible approach to change, confident, strong communication skills and be a very polished individual.
