Full Description:
• What’s involved:
The client needs significant input from specialist business analysts to achieve its objectives of service improvements, process re-engineering, operational efficiencies and savings.
The role encompasses more than the ability to document processes and apply technological expertise. Your skills and experience will be needed to support:
I. The coordination and management of change across the Council
II. The development of more efficient processes and systems
III. Individual BID with responsibility for identifying broader needs and innovative service delivery models
You will be responsible for identifying change needs, assessing the impact of the change, capturing and documenting requirements and then ensuring that those requirements are delivered whilst supporting the business through the implementation process.
You must be of sufficient calibre to deliver effective solutions that provide the outputs needed by the client within what are comparatively short timescales.
• “Essentials”: Sorry, but your application will be automatically deleted unless your CV clearly shows the following:
- minimum of 2 years change management related business analysis experience within or for a public sector organisation
• Other useful, but non-essential, details to include on your CV, if applicable:
- any local authority experience
• Client: Local Authority
• Division: Finance
• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
• Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
