• What’s involved:

managing the delivery of complex projects.

undertaking the different stages of the housing development process including site identification and financial appraisal, acquisition, procurement and construction.

contributing towards housing strategy and policy.

delivering affordable housing projects and development programmes, or other capital programmes.

co-ordinating and submitting bids for capital and revenue funding.

marketing and delivering low cost home ownership and key worker accommodation.

working with residents in diverse communities.

dealing with complaints and enquiries.
